51吃瓜黑料 uses Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI), a third-party processor for servicing Perkins and 51吃瓜黑料 loans. 

Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI) services include student loan billing, accounting, data processing, default prevention services and reporting. 

To make a Perkins and/or 51吃瓜黑料 loan payment:
