Associate Dean of Campus Life

As Associate Dean of Campus Life, Geoff Norbert leads the Campus Life Team, comprised of Student Engagement and Residential Life, to creat a vibrant and social co-curricular residential experience for the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Students.  Norbert advises the Student Government Association (SGA) and leads the Division of Student Life in partnership with the Dean of the College Division to provide a comprehensive new student onboarding process and orientation.

Before joining 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ in 2016, Norbet served as the Director of Student Engagement at Loyola University Maryland.  Norbert holdsa bachelor of arts degree in history from Gettysburg college and a master's in educational leadership from Loyola University Maryland.  When Norbert is not at work, he loves being a dad and husband, skiing, adventuring, and cheering on his beloved Philadelphia sports teams.

Assistant Director of Student Engagement

As the Assistant Director of Student Engagement, Sadie is here to support all clubs and organizations on campus to ensure their needs are met and to engage them with all that our campus has to offer. Sadie is an Alumni of the University of New Haven with experience in events and tourism, business administration and student affairs. Outside of this role, Sadie enjoys reading, going on walks, spending time at the beach and hanging out with her cat!

Assistant Director of Outdoor Leadership and Club Sports

As Assistant Director of Outdoor Leadership and Club Sports, Kate aims to promote connection through the outdoors and sports. A graduate of Maryville College with a BA in Outdoor Studies and Tourism, Kate is passionate about getting people outside and helping them stay active. When she's not at work, you can find Kate and her wife exploring the outdoors with their dog, playing board games, cooking new dishes, or binge-watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Director of Residential Life

Eric (he,him,his) joins us from Regis University in Denver, CO where Eric held multiple positions in Residence Life, Community Standards and Care. Eric joins the Residence Life team with over 15yrs of experience fostering inclusive residential communities, developing residential curriculums, and providing intentional support and care for the overall student experience. Eric has a passion for diversity and inclusive excellence initiatives and holds a Master in Education: Leadership and Inclusive Practices as well as a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Outside of his role, Eric enjoys spending time with family, going on hikes with his husband, and exploring new places.

Associate Director of Residential Life

Becky comes to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ from the South (New Orleans native), excited to work with a student population that is invested in their college experience. She has over 10 years of Residence Life experience from many types of institutions. Becky earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans, a Master of Arts in Student Affairs from Louisiana State University, and a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. When not at work, you can find Becky playing board games with her partner and friends, reading, or playing with her cat.

Donna (she/her) moved to 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏecticut from Pennsylvania with her partner, dogs, and cat. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2021 and is working on a Master of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Donna held roles in Residence Life during her undergraduate time at Kutztown University and most recently was a Graduate Residence Director at Northampton Community College. For fun, Donna likes to spend the afternoon at the dog park then lounge with a bowl of popcorn for movie night.

Moses (He/Him) Joins the Residential Life Team from Queens, New York bringing a strong passion for Residence Life & Restorative Justice. Holding a Bachelors in English from Buffalo University Moses has gained extensive experience in student focused roles including serving as a summer course associate with the School of American Ballet, a Residential Life Coordinator with the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic arts, and a Student Affairs fellow for Student Conduct at Mitchell College here in New London. When not working, Moses enjoys reading fantasy novels, watching anime, and playing video games of all genres.
