In the newest episode of her podcast, Think.Do.Lead, President Katherine Bergeron sits down with award-winning humanitarian, author and activist Binalakshmi Nepram, who describes her efforts to eradicate gun violence in India while recounting the harrowing story of her flight to the United States from her home state of Manipur.

Nepram is visiting 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ as a scholar-in-residence thanks to the Scholar Rescue Fund, an initiative sponsored by the Institute of International Education, and generous support from The Ann Werner Johnson '68 Scholar Rescue Fund. Recently, she was honored with the 2018 Anna Politkovskaya Award for her efforts as a human rights activist and author.

The episode is now available on the College website, and can be downloaded from iTunes, Podbean or wherever you get your podcasts.
